About the Role
You’ll join our offshore technical team and support customers across Microsoft environments while learning modern Microsoft cloud technologies and best practices.

You’ll assist with:
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 environments and users.
  • Troubleshooting user and account-related issues.
  • Assisting customer onboarding and setup activities.
  • Supporting project delivery and documentation.
  • Helping maintain secure and well-managed customer environments.
  • Working with senior engineers on technical improvements.

Skills & Experience:
  • 1-2+ years experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of user management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.

  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
  • Exchange Online.
  • SharePoint Online.
  • Microsoft Teams & OneDrive.
  • Intune & device management.
  • Conditional Access & security concepts.
  • Migration projects.
  • Hybrid environments & Active Directory.
  • Microsoft certifications.
